They are the reissue dodge lancer hubcaps from Modelhaus. Sadly you may not be able to get them from there for a long time as they have shut down their web site last I checked till further notice as they are swamped with orders. May find a set on ebay or a local model show.

Thanks for that  I did check a while later and found they had closed up for a while. just got in an order a few months earlier. 

Does anyone know if they(The Modelhause) will be selling their business on? I could not see their moulds and services just dissapearing surely
