NYCSanMan Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 (edited) Hi everyone, my name is George I live in Queens NY Ive been a car guy since I was a kid, as far back as I can remember I loved cars, muscle cars, classic caddies, SUVs and pick up trucks. I knew all the neighbors cars. I could sit at the window and tell you the make, model and year of the cars on the block. As an adult I still have a love for cars. Can't afford the real thing (have you watched Mecum or Barrett Jackson?) nor do I have the garage space. So I figure why not build a replica? I use to build models with my dad as a young child and I want to start again. I hope to learn tips and tricks from those of you who been doing it for a while. Edited April 5, 2016 by NYCSanMan

disabled modeler Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Welcome George..! One nice thing about building models is we get to make replicas of the cars/trucks we would have loved to have owned...and the ones that got away we did own.
