I just bought this light for my DSLR for doing videos. Not sure if it's going to cut it for me, but since it is a standalone light, it can work for other stuff. It's pretty cool for the price.

I made this video, which doesn't do this justice. This thing is really bright and works incredibly well for inspecting the paint on models, especially if you are in a poorly lit area.

Here is a link to the product

As we all get older, one thing that seems to always change is our eyes and this looks to be a great way to help with seeing more and seeing better. I like it. Thanks for sharing this. Oh,bye the way your paint job looks great.

Cameron that looks like it would make a really good Spray Booth Light! But I just had to snicker while looking at the "Cooling Vents" that Video Quartz Lights would require cast into a mount for LED's  I guess they thought it made it look more "Professional" :P

It's definitely a cheap Chinese light, but for $30 I couldn't pass it up. It has great reviews online. I don't know that it will be good enough for what I bought it for, but I will definitely be using it for modeling in one way or another.
