Is anybody aware of a set of resin 4wd Dually wheels (16")? I checked with Scenes Unlimited and did not see 4wd dually wheels, but could have sworn I saw a set somewhere.

TIA

Mike, there is no difference in a dually wheel. This is my 1:1 1990 F350 4x4, and it has the same wheels as the Monogram/Revell F350 kit.

The only difference is not in the wheel itself, but the hub the wheel mounts to. The F350 kit wheels have a two wheel hub with a grease cap, where my 1:1 has the locking hub, but the wheels themselves are exactly the same.

You didn't say what type of truck it's for, but the Chevy and Dodge dually kits from AMT both have center caps on there front wheels, and both of them (and some Fords too I believe, mine has locking because it is a heavy duty chassis cab when born) had auto locking hubs so those kit wheels would be for either 2WD or 4x4s.

As for rear wheels, all three kits have wheels that would be on both. And another option for wheels for duallys that would "hide" a front hub for a Ford dually would be wheels like this on the Ford Super Cruiser...

....or off a 1/32 scale truck kit that has the chrome center caps over the hubs or a cheap diecast like these two.

The 1/32 scale may actually scale out to a 17" or 18" wheel, but still are close alternatives considering the New Ray diecasts in the above pic usually are around $10 for a cab.
