Differences in Ferrari kits

Of the 4 kits of Ferrari 250 GTO, Hasagawa,Protar,Revell and Fujimi is there any noticeable differences. If the photo-etch detail set stated it fits Revell,would it possibly fit the other 3.Thanks for your time.
