My goal is to use only kit supplied parts. Working on the Fruitwagon next and then the pile of leftover parts.
misterNNL Posted July 27, 2016 Posted July 27, 2016 Many of the speedsters of the 1920's were a mashup of leftover pieces and parts from cars literally left along country roads were abandoned by their owners when they could not afford to repair them during the great depression.Local guys would tow them home and cherry pick the salvageable parts to build speedsters. That naturally lead to racing those cars with the winner often times determined by whose car ran the longest.

FordRodnKustom Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Very cool and resourceful. If I may offer this... I think some basic plug wiring and maybe dulling down that tank would greatly add to the overall look. Nice job.
oneescalante Posted July 31, 2016 Author Posted July 31, 2016 Left over fruit t parts. Ala kart frame, speedway d-2 international rims and tires.
