i like !! engine looks great , loe the weathering on the body ..

if you ask me that green would have been faded and not be that bright ...so i would try taking superfine sandpaper and wetsand the green , that way it becomes more dull and toned down slightly .. then just smear some filth (juices,powder etc) over the green to make it dirty and it will match the rust spot perfectly ...would look killer

Ok, I finally got some work done on this! Just down to the interior, glass, finishing weathering and dullcote.

But the wing on a Daytona is aluminum, there for will not rust.

Huh, didn't know that, thanks! Too late tot change it know. One more thing on the list of stuff I've learned on this build.

The wing might not rust, but the paint sure would peel off em.

Got this wrapped up! I'm not sure if I'll keep the distributor cap and wires there or not, they keep the hood from closing. I may put the hinges on the hood and leave it open. More pics in Under Glass.
