1959scudetto Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 Finally, a DS 23 from 1973 is available in 1/24, if only as a die-cast but with very nice proportions - see link enclosed: http://www.ebay.fr/itm/citroen-DS-1-24-hachette-/152257149575?hash=item23733bba87:g:ghkAAOSwHoFXuIsXI have myself 2 on order from France which should arrive early next week. This is the first of a series of cars which have been popular in France by Ixo/hachette in 1/24 - some of them look to have never before seen in this scale.Their main disadvantage could as well be their main advantage: they don't have any opening features, so the awful gaps between hood, doors and other body panels can be avoided. This could fit well together with Ebbro's late `50s DS19 kit, Metro/Leo Models '63 DS Die-cast and Welly's DS convertible Die-cast.
