Bullitt Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 These are the only 2 complete builds of 2016. The Jeep is an older SnapTite model. Hopefully 2017 is more productive.
72 Charger Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 Looks nice but BMF would bring them to life
Bullitt Posted November 30, 2016 Author Posted November 30, 2016 True, I have a package of Bare Metal, problem it is 10 years old and I don't think it would work. May have to invest in some new stuff. Also, these 64 year old sausage fingers don't work the best anymore.
GMCMAN52 Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 nice, I agree about the BMF, get your self a new set as the old one will be use less
RustedBronco Posted December 1, 2016 Posted December 1, 2016 Great to see another Saint Johner on here. My fingers aren't as bad as aging eyes. I have stumbled through BMF. Clean work.
DumpyDan Posted December 1, 2016 Posted December 1, 2016 The 2 builds look great, done worry about the BMF it only gives you a sore neck and back. I foil but I don't have to like it. Enjoy the building
unclescott58 Posted December 1, 2016 Posted December 1, 2016 Sure they'd look better with BMF. But, I too find the stuff a pain to work with and don't use it much on my builds. Then I only use on the big stuff. Like wide rocker panels or the fake hood vents on the '63 Corvette. So I'm glad to see other's models that look similar to mine. I think your two builds look great.R. Scott Aho
Bullitt Posted December 1, 2016 Author Posted December 1, 2016 The 'Cuda has silver fine tip marker for the door handles, hood pins, etc. on the car, and the blue Dodge (Color Me Gone) is a weekend warrior drag car, didn't figure it would have chrome trim anyway.
