My son gave me this kit so I'm going to see what I can do with it. I've started on the chassis and engine so far. I'm going to use this nail polish that turns a different color in day light!

Good start.

Making some progress with the chassis and engine. Still testing my paint for the body but we are having rainy days and no sun so I can't see if the paint will change colors with clear coat on it.

It's looking good. I'm dying to see the paint, I hope it works with the clear coat.

I've been able to make some more progress with this build. I've painted the interior and have sprayed the body. The first picture is under regular lights and the second one is under UV light. There is a color change but not as much as I was hopping for.

I'm going to try it out in some sun light to see if it makes any difference.

Well I finally got around to get some better out side and inside pictures with a better contrast in the color change. Much better out side than with the UV light. Also glued the glass to the frame's that are just sitting on the body. Still polishing out the clear coat.

I heard that Corvette is a great kit and I've seen the 1:1 car that's on the box a number of times.

Getting close to calling this one finished. Just some little trim pieces to add.
