I did a little more cleaning and look what I found.

The 1st is a chopped lowered merc w/ a big a$ hemi stuck in it. I hand striped it and made my own spun aluminum caps

Nice, Bill. Can you still hand stripe like that? :D I had my 'spicions that you did the striping on that 56Fairylane you cleaned up for Srodder, by hand. I gotsta quit spendin so much time on this here computer, bustin' yer stones and goin' ga-ga over all the cool rides I see everbody makin' and get to my own. Started the 51 Fleetliner awhile back and got it bout ready for paint. Been wanting to do a rat, with the primer and wasn't sure bout any flames or stuff, but since I seen your striping, I may just do dat. Very nice flames on the second Merc, specially the smooth blending of the different colors. Thanx fer cleanin yer rodz up for us, buddy :D Pray that I get my butt back at the workbench so's I can post some pix instead of just comments and boo hoos :D:D Later, be groovy an @. ######'n

######'n if you want to try some stripen, What I used was a small piece of a rooster hackle feather near the base. It was the only thing I could find small enough that would carry paint. :D:D:D:D

It'll drive you nuts.

Goerge, I consider you and ######'n as my best friends on here just because we goof around. My thoughts are "If you can't have fun w/ ppl then there's something wrong"

Uptight ppl only make things worse for themselves and those around them.

I was serious when I said I wished we lived closer. I'm certain, we could have a ton of fun.

I don't know how talented a modeler I am, I just THINK  kinda funny.

DON"T YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO WORK ON IN THE BASEMENT !

Hey George, I was just thinking, (that's an effort for me ) when you get ready to rebuild your dio, what new stuff are you going to add ? If there's going to be an old junky building, I just might be able to make you one. You know I'm pretty good at makin junky stuff  . Let me know what you're looking for and I'll sketch something up for your approval. (that is if you're interested)

The only prob I see is making it in pieces for shipping. I'm sure if I marked it in big letters you could figure out that A goes to A and B goes to B. OR you could get the wife to come down and explain it to you. :D:lol::lol::lol::lol:

When I'm not babysitting my little grandson I got 5 or 10 min free

Well George not being from there I have no idea what they looked like. ( DUH ) If you can find a pic of something close I can wing it. I make mine from Cresant poster board. It's about a 1/16th of an in.thick w/ balsa or bass wood trim, then paint the detail on w/ artist acrylics. There's really no interior but I guess you could make some. See what you can come up w/
