Thanks Tulio BYW  Fantastic build

I have never had any luck getting paint to stick to tires very well

Latex house paint seems to dry okay on rubber tires

Thanks Bob I will give that a try

I always use Model Master or just plain little bottle Testors flat white acrylic. Diluted with windex, it airbrushes quite nicely, and sticks to the tires. Have some 20 plus year old models with the whitewalls still like new.

Enamel paint won't dry.

Latex, since it's water based, will work OK, I just don't know how well it will airbrush. It's worth a try, as it's a lot cheaper.
