Perspect Scale Modelworks Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 I started this for a client, just put some primer on it. It's an Entex kit I found on the Bay of E. They want it in red over black two-tone, all stock except some sound in the trunk. When it's done I'd like to do one for myself maybe in silver. Thanks for looking
Guest Gramps-xrds Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 Hmm, I don't remember ever seeing one of those. It looks like a pretty nice model though.
Harold Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 Great job on the Roller so far. To post pics, you need an outside photo hosting site such as photobucket- you place your pics there, and to post them here, hit the image icon, select 'temporarily allow scripted windows', hit the image icon again. A dialog box will appear in the upper left corner. Paste in the direct link to the pic and hit OK. You'll need to have two windows open- the forum and your photobucket album. Hope this helps.
RJWood Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 This looks like a nice kit. And i think your idea for color is a better choice than your clients. Post more progess pics if you can please, I want to see it when finished. Thanks Ron
george 53 Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 Guy's He said he builds kit for CLIENTS,which means he's probably pretty good. You'd hafta be for this kit! It's an old Entex kit(at least mine is).The only good part is the body. The interior is a badly detailed bucket type,The engine has NO detail to speak of,And the chassis is pretty toy like. All in all youd better be ready to work to make this into a presentable model.I've seen them at swap meets for as little as 5 bucks.Good Luck if you buy one,caz you been warned!
