landman Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 Here are two trucks that I'd like to reproduce. International K8. It used to belong to a contractor in my home town. This is an amazingly clear photo for having been taken in the Fifties. I have some of his relatives on Facebook and I have approached them to try and find an image of his logo. 1955 Mack. Belonged to a retired contractor and collector. He restored his first Mack. He is shown below getting some award in the building where he stores his toys. We can see the '35 Ford Coupe, '37 DeSoto and '40 Ford pickup. The old fart with the DeSoto in the other picture is me.
Superpeterbilt Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 Pat, Illini has that K8 in resin. Its not online, I think he only has it listed in the paper list. I dont know if your interested, but I have a few extra First Gear B models cabs/hood/etc. Its a little heavier than the resin, but it already has opening doors, and hood. I know I have at least one that Im not planning in using, so let me know.
