First of all, Rollinskoo and mademan, sorry I jumped on you both in such an inappropriate manner for your suspicions. I guess that I just got all caught up in what seemed to be a great cause.

Raul, Kevin, Antonio, and any others who responded. If I caused you to lose some models, I'm truly sorry.

The cars that I sent to Carl will arrive Thursday. I have asked him to post photos either with kids or displayed in a hospital room. If he does, I'll be back on the band wagon. If not, oh well.

Until then, whichever, my efforts are on hold.

If Carl can post some pics of your models with the kids, great. If not, it was clearly a message to legitimate causes that we stand ready to help.

No need to apologize to me buddy. I totally 100% see where you were comming from, I was just upset about the remark made to a good friend of mine (rollin). Anyways I understand that we all get worked up sometimes and say things that we dont mean, we are all human.

It is a sad world that we live in, where you cant trust people with things like this anymore. I would love nothing more than to brighten a childs day by sending a model off my shelf, i am however a very skeptical person after being ripped off a few times, where people had used a family member, or a childs health as a basis to rip me, or my friends off. As i said in the other thread, if it does turn out to be a legit cause, I have a model here that is ready to go! (I would send more, but I have nothig else done)

i agree... never in any of my posts did i say that m408 was a bad guy.... i said it was a good thing but should be checked into before jumping... i think if any of us wanna do something like this for kids.... you can just go to your own local hospital or childrens care center of some sorts and donate there.... at least you kno that its going exactly where intended.... i'm sure there are kids in need in every place that we live and we don't have to send our cars halfway across the country to make a difference when u can do it from home

Thanks for apologizing Milt, I jumped you on your other post before I read this. My only point is research any and all "worthy causes" (sad as that may be) before encouraging others to get involved. And please don't attack if someone is more skeptical than you.
