Custom trailer

Trying my hand. Started with a kit trailer. Adding 6" to make it a 48',lowering the floor with spread axles.

It is. Been trying to work out the suspension.

Here is what I have,been trying too use all the kit parts as I can. No clue how it end up. I been wanting to do this for some time now and some one in the group got me going. I thought it would be less trouble to make one long wheel well instead of 4. 

 Thinking about sometimes seems like the hard part.

You've got a good start.....I've done this before, but I didn't attempt to lower the deck.....I used 2 kits to make a 53'er and just added length by cutting and splicing sections.....Your plan WILL work....You shouldn't need much plastic as, if I'm not mistaken, this trailer scales out to 45', anyway......I like this idea....Never thought about lowering the deck....
