Cragar SS wheels , Mickey Thompson L-60's , boxed lower control arms with ladder bars , bench seat. Color is a med blue metallic. disabled modeler Posted February 14, 2017 Posted February 14, 2017 Alan...that is cool. I have a promo of the car i need to restore.
Alan Posted February 14, 2017 Author Posted February 14, 2017 Alan, where did you find that body? From Dave at MCW ...... the 64/65 Sedans need the rear window shape corrected and the side window frames narrowed and slightly angled rearward but they are a decent starting point, Or you could just build them as is. I am fussy that is all.

disabled modeler Posted February 16, 2017 Posted February 16, 2017 Yes, I have seen those and I have the AMT 64 Chevelle craftsman kit .........Alan...Yep there cool and i like restoring promos and the Craftsman kits they were very cool in my opinion never bothered me if they had a opening hood or engine. My promo is molded in kind of a silver/gold color...glass,front posts, bumpers are broken and missing parts of them...too cool not to want to restore.
