Building advice for 40 Ford coupe

Hey Fellow Modelers,

First time building this kit and was wondering if I can glue inner fenders and firewall in place before painting. I'm keeping kit flathead if that helps. Looks like it should be fine but was wondering how it works best.

I've built the Revell version and I had no problems gluing the inner fenders & firewall in place prior to painting.
