Source for convertible boot

I would make my own,, some flat stock cut to shape, Then some milliput  putty to shape it's height and texture

Yeah. Convertible boots aren't hard to make.

Closest kit part I can think of that might be adaptable would be AMT '69 GTX convertible boot. I don't think anyone ever did a '66-'67 midsize Mopar convertible kit.
