Need some help finding research material

I've tried E-bay and there are literally hundreds of C6's for sale. However I haven't run across any showing what the bottom side looks like. Any help would be appreciated.

I've been told that the basic chassis is semi matte black, but the inner portions of the two composite panels are grey (med grey for the regular C6 and darker on the Z06). The two triangular panels on either side of the transaxle are aluminum and the panel beneath the exhaust pipes is matt aluminum. All suspension elements are aluminum and the mufflers black.

While this would look nice I don't know how accurate it is. And I have my doubts about black mufflers.

Does anyone have any pics of the underside of a C6 vette?

try www.cooperscorvettes.com and see if theres any pics there. i know one of the salesmen over there and they usually take alot of pics of the cars. if they dont have the pic you are after, maybe send them an email asking for one, explain what you are doing and they might either have one or be willing to put one up on the lift and take a few for you.

Thanks for the reply. I checked out the site and they don't have anything listed that shows underneath. I sent them an email. We'll see if I get anything back. The site does have some great detail photos though. It's well worth checking out.

Floorboards are darker on Z06. Z06 also uses some magnesium components but looks similar.
