Another new member

Hello !

                My name is Rick , I'm 51, and I live in northern Quebec, Canada.....I have been visiting this site for quite a while now, and, I finally decited to sign up.

 Back in my teenage days I really enjoyed buiding scale truck models from AMT and ERTL .    Although big rigs were always my no 1 choice, I also buit many hot rods and pick-up trucks too..  my last build was when I was around 17 or so.

...It was when I discovered that Round-2 had started to re issue all my favorites Amt truck kits that I got the urge to give this hobby another try....I ended up ordering the AMT Diamond Reo online almost immediately...talk about impulse buying !

I ended up having a ball with that kit, and as they say, got bitten by the bug again......I really like the nostalgia of buid these old AMT and ERTL kits, brings back alot of good memories of simpler times........I am a very slow builder and so, I have only a couple of trucks completed so far..... Looking forward to post pictures and joining the discussions
