pharoah Posted November 29, 2017 Share Posted November 29, 2017 This was built mostly straight from the box. I did modify the suspension to lower it ,and used smaller front tires. The rears are from a mid 80's Corvette. I made my own decals,since I didn't like the kit ones,and they fell apart,too.The body is Tamiya white. pharoah Posted December 1, 2017 Author Share Posted December 1, 2017 Thanks Bill. For me,it's mostly the suspension. They sit way too high,and the tires are too wide for the body. I shaved the back of the wheels and the backing plate to get the smaller tires on it.Not a great kit,but it is 40 years old. I've owned a few Datsun trucks,so I know how 'off' this kit is.
