Clay Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 Can any of you truck builders tell me wat was used to make this? I would like to replicate it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...A:IT&ih=023
455 Rocket Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 This is a snap tite Peterbilt by Revell and the transporter is by Revell of Germany. The truck is currently available, but I think the trailer is out of production, but they have been on e-bay. Craig

ns4ever Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 you could always use the revell of germany 359, looks very similar and is a nice kit. and here in the uk, the car transporter trailer is still very much available. perhaps one of the uk based online stores might be able to ship one to you. also, I'm sure I've seen a picture of the real general lee transporter somewhere on hanks website, looking very similar.
Semi Trailer Mechanic Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 What's goin' on... Yes The hood does open to show a Caterpiller 3406.
ns4ever Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 found that pic for you eventually. dont know who took it, but it's on hanks website
