I learned today house of color and testors dont make good partners.

I was gonna share a tip i learned if you screw up a paint job as long as its primed. u can soak the parts in brake fluid (not cleaner) and it will take it back to white plastic.

I'm pretty sure HOK is lacquer. They don't advertise it as such, but it doesn't behave like any real-world Urethane. It doesn't behave like anything I've ever seen. "intercoat this and intercoat that"..... WTF is that stuff? I don't use it, I mix my own and there isn't a color I can't come up with. I'm assuming you tried to put it on over enamel. If that's the case, I can picture the outcome.

I dunno hoc is a mystery paint I guess. I just know for a rattle can paint job it will do wonders for like show truck style paint jobs. the only reason im using testors for the autocar is to get a vintage look.
