TheSDTrucker Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 I have seen a lot of extended sleepers recently on the board and it made me wonder about something. How many of you guys put details into your sleeper interiors? I've seen a Mercury here and there with a painted interior and a bed, but I would like to know if any of you guys go all out on sleeper interiors.
Mike77 Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 I don't. It just seems like a waste of time and materials unless the roof is removable, then you'd want to detail it of course.

I've seen this one modeler a long time ago who detailed his Double Eagel cabs, but they did have removable roofs.
plastic trucker Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 The only thing I've ever done was put a bed in a Kenworth 36" when I made it a sit down instead of a crawl through.

Is that what you do your interiors for? Or do you like to display them?
clayton Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 A little of both. when there is that much of space put it too good use and I like too display them as well.

Well done Peterbilt! I like interior! I making something like this. I can see LEDs flashing on it. Where can we see ready model with working lights?
clayton Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 Here is a link too what I been playing with. LED Christmas light's. Wrong link.
LDO Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 I think it would be cool to have 1/16 sleeper with windows or removable roof and put a tiny LED TV in it. It could represent a 32" (or so) flat screen. Have it play a movie while on display.
