What color and order are the indicator lights on a reefer back in the 70s and 80s I can't remember. Did a Google all I. Would find are the new LCD.

As far as the rear goes, all I've ever seen is all the lights being red. Are you asking about the order of the brake and turn signal lights, or the upper marker lights?

For the reefer cycle,  untill the mid 80s  green,blue and Red( I think)what order? Somtime in the 90s blue was replaced with white.  Did a google, only ones I found was the new L,C,D. 

I'm getting C,R,S, can't remember ----.

We're can I place the I C C numbers at? Front of the cab or fuel tanks. Placing on the tanks may have to trim off some   number.
