kustom Posted July 20, 2008 Posted July 20, 2008 alright when is the end date, has one been set cause i dont even have a car yet just a couple ideas, cool. i how do i show progress like how do i prove its really a new project what ever this is gonna be fun just wave to find the right car.

I think to mkae it fair for everyone i will let this run for a few months so people have time to work on this car and other projects but i dont have a certain date right now. As for proving that you have a non started car just send me a pm or i will start a thread on the workbench section and you can post pics of it there. That how i would do it. Gona start the thread tonight. Cal whatcha buildin. Pre 60s. will be realy cool when its finished even though i dont know what it is.

I am using some suck-A55 acrylic paint, which I have run out of now. I guess I will be going to the LHS tomorrow, so the color may change

I want to make a deadline which will be fair which will give people time to work on thier cars. Probably the deadline will be sometime in december early january. Probably the deadline will be sometime in December early January. Most "community build" are 6 about months long. Your end date of January is about right. It avoids the busy holiday season, but only just. I have my 55 mild Kustom signed up for a 72 hour "quick build", but I think that would be pushing it for this one.

I have to change my car as i opened the package today to start clean up and found out i started it . So i will be doin a truck . Revell 50 ford truck to be exact. didnt want to not obay my own rules. So i will save my started impala for another time and build me a taildragin 50 truck. Well for those that have joined i thanks you. I will try and make this build as fun as possible and hope that we can all learn form one another. Have fun and happy buildin. I will start on me truck tomorrow.

Not my thing but what i do love it the PAiNT . Thats just awsome. My favorite low riders though is the ones that are called bombs and probably and lowrider before 65. Love them even though i myself am a ol sckool kustom nut.
