dragmodels44 Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 Hey Guys, just wanted to post some pics of the recently completed bodies I'm working on. Gurney’s AAR cuda, the 71 Galaxie 500 from the Burt Reynolds movie, White Lightening and a 70 Cyclone GT. The AAR had the rear fenders flared slightly and I scratch built the front spoiler. The Galaxie is stock, but will get a 429 built to look like it did in the movie, using the old AMT Police interceptor as a donor for parts. The Galaxie and Cyclone are missing link resins. The Cyclone has the interior almost done, along with the stock wheels with dog dish caps and RWL goodyears. I’m so backed up on projects, but I like to get the bodies done first. I can always go back and work on the rest!
Belugawrx Posted May 1, 2018 Posted May 1, 2018 What kind of clear are you using?,...looks positively gooey ?
dragmodels44 Posted May 1, 2018 Author Posted May 1, 2018 It’s PPG, clear, hardener and 10% reducer. It gives you that nice wt look. Thanks
