56 Ford Build. Old used partially started Revel Kit I picked up at a yard sale for $5.  It was missing the hood and tailgate.  Mirrors and Motor, and other accessories are from the 53 amt I believe.  Wheels I cant remember what kit there from. Tinted the windows with Eye Dr dilation shades and used watch part for the radiator. Used cut up Iphone cord for the battery wires, they may be slightly to large diameter.  oh well this one was fun

This one is called "Running on Empty"

I hope you guys like it.

Very realistic looking ageing. I would like to know how you got the cracked paint finish on the tops of the rear fenders and bed rails. Many years sitting in the Sun works on the 1:1's but hard to do in scale.

Truth is......It was a happy accident.  I originally thought it occurred because I was sprayin' in colder temperatures.  But then I saw on youtube a guy says it happens when you spray lacquer over enamel and thats what I had done.  Wasn't intentional but I loved it and wished it had happened on both sides.

Good looking truck, and the crackle accident looks perfect, hard to get the crackle to look good in scale. Dentside Garage? anything to do with Ford trucks??????
