Daniel Lynch Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 (edited) Hi all, it's my first post here, my ElCamino was my lastest creation, it's my first restoration project, hi painted in PPG Base coat/clear coat GM Garnet red, i use photoetched from the MCG 68 ElCamino set and the 69 Chevelle SS, the stripe on the side need three sheet of AMT 69 Chevelle SS396 decals, the ElCamino is little bit much longer then a Chevelle and the stripe finish squared on rear quarter panel. Add also some wirinf and plumbing. Daniel Edited August 6, 2008 by Daniel Lynch

Bluzboy66 Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 REAL Nice! I have a newer release '68 El Camino that I'm really looking forward to building. I stripped the lousy factory chrome from the bumpers and grill, and sent everything off to Chrometech for rechroming. The parts turned out REALLY nice, and I can't wait to dig into this one. Mike
