...From previously built models that didn't survive my move to TX intact, and since I wasn't 100% happy with them, I took off their bodies. One is the Phantom Vickie chassis (I never could warm up to the PV body style), and the other is the '32 Phaeton. Both of them have their engines and wiring done, steelie wheels on the Phaeton chassis, the PV engine is very nicely weathered...

So to sum it up, I just want two cool new bodies for these chassis. Any ideas? How about recommending a nice aftermarket company? I dunno where to start...

Thanks!

Hey Kerc, try Replicas and Miniatures Co. of Maryland, he has a lot of stuff and the quality is out of this world. I am going to the meeting tomorrow, if Norm is there I will grab his latest catalog and send it to you. Just make sure to PM me your home address and I will get it out to you ok, that is if you don't already have one!! :)

Jose , first why did you move to San Antonio? Thats almost as dredfull as El-Paso. look I used to live in Houston , and while its no paneiceia, its livable . Uh seriously , theres a real nice hobby shop on Richmond ASve in Housto you should visit. they can hook you up with some stuff. Replicias of Maryland has some real nice stuff and there was a company I saw in Winston Salem that Vended at the Carolina Custom Moddelers show there this past week end , uh Ill see if K-dog has any info. I also saw some stuff Bandit resins that would have interested you too. Ed Shaver

Not to veer off-topic, but San Antonio is a very nice city to live in, lots of cool things to do, low crime, laid-back, lots of Hispanic flavor, low cost of living, and it's not smack-dab into "hurricane alley".

Works for me. :(

I'd recommend the '32 Ford Pickup body from Replicas and Miniatures of Maryland for one of them and a '29 Ford Roadster for the other. I don't know of a good source for the '29, however.
