George Bojaciuk Posted November 23, 2018 Posted November 23, 2018 (edited) Sometimes, you just need a change of pace... my iMac is dying, I'm very limited what I can do online and what pics I can process for articles and such. I needed to do something productive and decided this piece needed to leave the shop! Enough curmudgeon complaining! A guy I worked with handed me a beat up Corgi Black Beauty. He asked me to "work my magic" on it. Honestly, I didn't want to accept it. Let's face it, it was a kids toy dating back to 1966. Well...while other things were going on, I plugged away at it. It was in my possession waaaay too long. Once I get my new iMac and get "Runnin' at Redline" back in the game, I plan on showing all the details of this toy transformation. Purpose is not to do dreaded diecast, but share some of the new stuff and techniques I used to complete this. I will say that when I finally delivered this last week, the guy was thrilled! I'm thrilled it's OFF my "to do" list! Now to get back to my '55 Build and Son of Danger! So... Let me go to yet another device and post the pic....
