blackbeard Posted December 26, 2018 Posted December 26, 2018 I am looking for info on how to do a spread axle
clayton Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 You can some of the parts from of a out of the UK/ England I think. Or make your own. Don't know the name of those parts. Try Bing or Google. I measure from the center of the axle 8 to 9 feet some times 9.5 feet. Block up the trailer till level and measure from the suspension too trailer floor. I done a few will see what I can dig up.

CRUSADER2 Posted December 29, 2018 Posted December 29, 2018 Hi Henry, don't think you will find anything usefull over this side of the pond ready made, the tandem axle trailers in Europe never got to the distances between axle's that you find in the USA and Canada, I think it will be a case of kit bashing if there isn't already something available in the US, or after market resin trailer suspension kits, either way it shouldn't be too difficult to get what you are looking for. Good luck with the project
blackbeard Posted December 29, 2018 Author Posted December 29, 2018 that's what I was thinking too I looked at the italeri trailers and they look short compared to the moebius trailers
