evilone Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 i need to find the 1:24th dimentions for something that is 1ft tall 23/4in wide and 11in deep and i need them asap
my80malibu Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 I think it would be 1/2 tall 1inch wide 7/16 deep. this is based on 1/2 inch =1 foot hope that helps Gabriel
Guest Gramps-xrds Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 If you divide 1 by 24 it'll give you the measurement of .5 = 1 ft and if you divide .5 by 12 it'll give you .0416 = 1 in. W/ this you can scale anything in 1/24th scale.
Harry P. Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 All you have to do is divide the full-scale measurements by 24. 1 foot 2.75 inches = 14.75 inches (the full size measurement). 14.75 divided by 24 = .614 inches, or a little over 1/2 inch. 11 inches (full size measurement) divided by 24 = .45 inches, or a little less than 1/2 inch. So the scale size would be .614 inch tall and .45 inch deep. Or to round it off into "regular" numbers, about 9/16 tall and 7/16 deep.

bobss396 Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Go metric! I use the 1mm = 1 scale inch and it works (close is good enough for atomic wars) in 1/24 and 1/25 scale. Bob
