so my nephew spend the weekend here and i bought him his first kit

it is a revell 63 corvette convertable hotwheels snaptite

pretty much box stock but i did lay down a coat of semi gloss painters touch black

he himself decided to paint the half the seats silver

detail painted the dash

did some detail painting on the bottom

painted the doorpanels blue

all i did was lay down the basecoat

and give him a hand with the stickers

the rest is all him

You guys did a great job! Pretty cool seeing a youngster take that initiative and decide on some pretty sweet detailing ideas. And good for you for getting him the kit and getting him interested. Great job guys. -Will

he really got intrested

has been talking non stop about getting a lamborghini diablo and making a replica of the bumble bee transformer

and his dad is a painter (the artist type) so he has taught him the basics of drawing and painting

he'll do just fine

great job guys. my son also wants to build bumble bee.

pretty sure revell makes a snap tite concept camaro

so that will be his next project :P
