I found a bathroom fan at Menard's for $13 at 50 CFM, but don't know if thats enough. Using a big cardboard box for the booth itself, about the size of a vacuum cleaner. The next one up is $23 at 70 CFM. Will 50 CFM do?

You're looking for something that's closer to 200. What I would do is buy 2 of the 70 and run them on two separate switches. So when you're airbrushing, you can have both on and when you're not, you leave one on to evacuate the rest of the fumes when you're done. The booth that I have runs at 200 on the high setting and 100 on the low setting with no impedents (sp).

Hope this helps.

I use "Bilge" vent fans for boats, there rated at around 300 cfm and are toxic chemical stable, they got sealed motors so no blowing up and catching fire will happen (or highly unlikely)
