Sleeper cab version: AMT FORD C800?

Does any after market resin caster makes a sleeper section, fitting the upcoming AMT Ford C(600-800) kit

This one came from Bobby Griffin, but I'm not sure if he's casting anymore. I got this from another builder.

Spaldings has really cut back their offerings. They used to have a Ford H (kind of a C on steroids) and a sleeper for the C. They don't list either anymore, I found this out looking for the H cab which just reinforces buy it when you can.

They have added a neat 1950 Ford F-8 conventional though.

The sleeper for the C cab shouldn't be a hard scratchbuild if you can get a few decent pics, it is basically just a rectangular tube that fits on the back of the cab.
