catpack68 Posted November 21, 2010 Author Posted November 21, 2010 Scott...beautiful job! Hey..I'm interested in how you lowered the suspension...got any photos of the chassis you can post? Or in lieu of that...a description of what you did to accomplish the lowering? Thanks! Terry thanks for the comments guys.i was really surprised to see this one dug up from the past terry,i lowered the front by sanding off the spindle mounting post and gluing the backing plate of the wheel/tire to the spindle.as for rear,i made some blocks out of plastic to put between the axle and the leaf spring.i do not have any pics of the chassis(the model is on display at a local hobby shop).i hope this helps.
mikemodeler Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 Nice job Scott, clean build and nice touches! I saw it in the display case last week at KC's and it definitely caught my eye.
whale392 Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 Very clean, smooth, understated. I like it, as it is not flashy or gawdy.....it just looks 'right'.
