BMF looks better then the pen, but my unsteady hand let the knife slip as I trimmed the foil. This left a line in the plastic that the knife followed when I re-foiled. When I tried to remove the foil some of the paint came off, so I had to strip the body, and came up with plan B.

Foil is better looking though.

This one is done. Anybody have a spare door decal (the one with the checkered flags?). I see I messed up one of them.

Did they 427 decals on the front fender come in the kit? I've got the Russ Davis version and it doesn't have those.

Yes. A pair of black and gold and black and silver are in the kit.

Thanks. The paint is Dupli-color Hyundai Dark Cherry Red #BHY1801 over Dupli-color Silver plus two coats of Future.
