Most of you Guys know that almost all my 50s/60s Ford builds have a White roof, But since this build is a wagon (and the 60 Ford Wagon had that option) I'm going to paint the Body with that Testors One Coat Black Lacquer with Red and White Interior so for those interested White Roof or Black Roof ?

Sorry Guys this post should have been under the On The Work Bench Topic Gregg anyway to move it without reposting?

I'd paint it all one colour if I was building it myself as that's what I like. If you're building it fairly stock, I'd say the white roof option would look great.

Red bottom, black top

From the beltline up

For that combo, I say a black flake would make it really " POP" Now if you still want a black main body, then I would say a silver or a red flake top would really set off the black...

My vote is for Pearl White with the lower half of the body painted HOK Pango Peach. I was going to use that color combo on a 1.1 '56 Pontiac Star Chief Catalina I owned back in the day.

If all your roofs are white....then do it in black.....I know youve got doubts.....but down deep your soul screams BLACK

if you want a neat touch use HOK black diamond for your base color over black lacquer then clear.....
