You need to download and install Spybot search & destroy or Spybot 6.1 and let it scan. It'll pick it up and get rid of most of it, then it'll reboot your pc and scan again before it'll let your pc boot totally and get rid of the rest. This will take a few hrs bepending on how full your HD is.
