Seann Anderson Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 I have a quick decal sheet question from the Bowyer throwback set. There are two assets on the sheet i’m sure what they are? There are a series of 4 black dots that I assume would go on the grill? But those are usually brighter with more contrast. The other element is the 2 columns of dots. At first, I thought they might go on the highlighted area on the car, but they are too long. thank you to everyone for their help.
martinfan5 Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 (edited) Those dots go one the lower part of the body between the wheels, they are holes use to attached pieces that help NASCAR tech the cars, but since you are building a 2018 car, those dots are not going to be used, 2018 NASCAR started using the OSS scanning system and those pieces that were used in before are not anymore. 2017 pre qualifying trim 2018 pre qualifying trim Edited September 15, 2019 by martinfan5
Seann Anderson Posted September 15, 2019 Author Posted September 15, 2019 That makes sense. Thank you.
Hurricane21 Posted September 17, 2019 Posted September 17, 2019 The 2 sets of 4 dots in a row are braces that are placed horizontally across the 2 back side windows as best as I can tell.
