thanks man. im stickin with the tru spokes on it, but i had the boggers sitin here, and well, i just had to see what itd look like lol

but since they arnt goin on the 57 300, i dug out my 66 chevelle wagon kit and started goin at it

pics230.jpg

then dug out my old 70 chevelle 4x4 thats been through hell (fell of a shelf a couple times while bouncing off another shelf and landing on the wood floor)

pics230.jpg

then took it apart for the goodies for the wagon

pics232.jpg

anyone got a good 4x4 suspension layin around?? B)

Posted

Now a monster wagon, that would be kewl. Yeah I know about the bouncing model, shelf to shelf, to the floor, deal, had a Revell '49 merc kustom do that. Feel for you there buddy.

Go with the monster wagon...

Posted

ya im goin with the monster wagon, just gotta find 4x4 suspension

got a nice blower setup for it

pics235.jpg

and i got the rear louvers to fit

pics236.jpg

Posted

had to shorten the rear fender flares to fit right

pics230-1.jpg

and a mockup with the light bar, motor, fender flares, step bars, and spare tire

dang bro your gitting sick with it huh

the gtx lowrider a 4x4 chevelle wagon?

dude whats next LOL

when it comes to out of the box ideas man you have them keep it up bro ;)

Posted

thanks bro

ya i love to be different

i had to do something totally different with this wagon, i already got a lowrider one, so i figured id lift this one, and instead of puttin some ugly 26s or something, id throw a set of boggers and 4WD suspension under it ;)

Posted

ya, i used to like em, but i smartened up ;)

depending how its built though, some bigger rims do look nice, but i think the biggest ill ever go is 22s, anything else is just to big unless its a truck

Posted

i know there no where near perfect, ill probably redo em, but i painted my lights like KC lights since the lenses were all screwed up

pics236-1.jpg

also had to paint the motor Chrysler engine red

pics237.jpg

and i got some awsome shocks from a Dodge diecrap ;)

Great looking build you got going, me personally, if it were my build I would go with the stock hood ornament, or go without one, but I would go with stock.
