I would've liked to see the look on the face of the Ferrari salesman when this was ordered.

OOB Revell kit. Everything fit perfect. The kit actually goes together really well. The body does need some work, there are a few sink marks on the quarters and the back of the trunk lid.

Scalefinishes.com 2006+Dodge PVE Go Mango Orange paint topcoated with a lacquer clearcoat out of a spray can.

Interior is airbrushed with Floquil desert sand.

Looks great on there Jameston.

If I might add a few things. If you can, pop the headlight covers off and run a sharpie broad tip around the edges. This creates that black seal seen on the real cars. It's light in some pictures of the 1:1's but it is there.

Lastly, it appears as though you haven't got a mesh insert on the hood scoop. As much power as that thing puts out I'd hate to see a bird sucked in. LOL Just suggestions for subtle improvements, nothing more.

Anyway, I really like the color on this. I wouldn't have thought of it. Super clean build too.

Actually I love the idea that you can go to the dealer and spec these cars out any way you want it, factory custom.

Seriously, if I had the cash to buy a Ferrari, it would really bother me parking it somewhere and have one just like it show up.

I have the perfect paint job for your next Ferrari. Pepto Bismal Pink with Metallic Orange Rally stripes. For sure, nobody would have that car. You would never see that paint scheme on a 1:1 car.

LOL. I love it, and I could get those colors. What about that scheme on an FXX, an F430, or a best yet a 599 GTB?

Honestly, I was thinking of painting the the Oro Chiaro Enzo I built earlier in Mary Kay pink. But I have an Escalade I'm going to build in that color.

Just an idea.
