Hello everyone!

Well I wanted to try using Alclad black base and Alclad Chrome Base to see what it would look like with a candy color over it.

Started out with:

Alclad black base

Alclad Chrome

HOK Candy Red (5coats)

Duplicolor Clear (3coats)

Rubed and polished. (Novus #2 polish compound, and Black Magic Polish)

The color turned out pretty cool I think, its much darker then here in the picture though, I gotta take one outside when it gets sunny out again lol

Wasnt sure if anyone tried it before so I thought I would give it a shot.

Of course pictures never do much justice, I am sure it looks hot. Never thought of doing something like that but I think it's a good idea. 8) 8)
