L89 Exhaust Manifolds

OK, this is probably a pretty basic question, but I'm having a hard time finding out: Are the exhaust manifolds on the L89 Vette engine cast iron? I'm building the Revell 1:6 scale L89 and am building it to reflect a high mileage motor. I'd really hate to finish it with rusty iron manifolds if they weren't iron. Any help is appreciated. Vern, If I member right, except for some exotic 427 Big Blocks, All small block chevys had Cast iron exhasts manifolds,the ol Rams Horn or the plain jane log type cast manifolds. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info George, I thought they were, and if not, I'll tell people that this is the ultra rare cast iron version .

Yes, the L-89 Exhaust manifold is cast iron.
