Do Molotow inks/paints dry on vinyl tires?

Do Molotow inks/paints dry on vinyl and or rubber tires? We've all heard of the many types of paints that do not dry on kit tires. Haven't heard whether Molotow works well on tires or not. TIA.

I just touched up  the wheel well moldings on a GTO and got some on a tire. Yes it dries on tires.
