rv1963
Your Firebird looks great just like one of the street racers from my younger days with the cragar style wheels and traction bars i know i owned a 68 and 67, one small nit pick you have the lower front suspension on backwards the tab under the oil pan goes forward, it still looks great. What's goin' on... There's a reason other than the obvious I put that there. In 1990 (I was 18 years old) a friend of mine and I painted my old (1:1) 1970 Chevelle that I sold last year. It sat in his garage a week after it was painted. He gave me a call and said come over here were gonna put the bumpers and grill on the car. I hauled ass over there and I pulled it out took all the masking paper off. I pulled the car out on the road and started burning the tires off then laid posi tracks at least 40 yards long. I drove down the road (no grill or bumpers) and came back. I was as happy as a virgin in a whore house w/ a fist full of 50's when I got out of the car. By that time there were a few other friends there and they said nice job ya jackass I said hell yeah did ya see that and they pointed to the quarters and there was rubber all over one week old fresh white paint!
