What's out there or has been out there ? I'm looking for photo etch , decals , wheels , conversions anything really .

1/24 Tamiya or revell

I'm not aware of anything that's available for either the Tamiya or Revell Mini's, Scalekraft in South Africa used to do some different bodies, but I've never come across any photo etch detail sets for them.

A few years ago I made my own resin 10 inch basic Mini wheels and tyres and a Austin Mini front grille, I also had some photo etch badges made up for the rear boot lid and bonnet badges, I'm no longer have the artwork I designed for them, although I still have a few sets of the wheels and front grille

That looks pretty good . I think it's kind weird there's not more out there , grilles and badges specifically but I'd guess there's some minor dash board and steering wheel differences .

Yes there a lot on the inside that needed changing, gearlever, door handles which on the Non Coopers were basically a wire cable you had to pull down to open the door,I also removed the heater, which believe it was still a factory option, under the bonnet, the twin carbs needed converted to single one with a scratch built air cleaner, also the remote gearchange housing needed removing and the exhaust was modified.

There is (was?) a Traveller conversion available through Replicas and Miniatures of Maryland, which fit the Tamiya kits. It was in a flyer I received a few years back, but I need to find a few more bits before I place another order.

A Traveller would be cool .
