Tamiya Honda RA272

Hello All,

First post and looking for some guidance, Have just started this kit after seeing lots of builds on the internet, some builders have gone to extraordinary lenths of detailing, One I would like to do is add the Rivets/Bolts that hold the windscreen on, I have searched and searched to no avail. The builders that have done it don't mention size or what they are, It's 1/20 scale

Could anyone help me please.

One possible route is to check out the rivets available from Archer Decals. These decals are available through a number of military model suppliers. Hope this helps you out with your search.

What size would I look for 64, Thanks for the reply though.

I have not reached the point where I need to worry about rivets on my RA272, still building the engine. Without research, I would suggest 1/32", or possibly smaller.

Thanks Ken, 1/32 thats roughly 0.8mm I bought some 0.4mm rivets ( studio 27) man they are small they have 0.35mm shank, drilling that size into the windscreen sounds liike fun.
